NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY Defendants MARK P. BECKER, in his official capacity as Georgia State University President, et al. (collectively, "Defendants"), through their undersigned counsel hereby respectfully submit this Notice of Supplemental Authority in order to apprise the Court of a recent Eleventh Circuit decision. Specifically, on February 24, 2011, the Eleventh Circuit in National Association of Board of Pharmacy v. Board of Regents of the University of System of Georgia affirmed, in part, and vacated and remanded, in part, National Association of Board of Pharmacy's appeal of the Middle District of Georgia's order issued on April 18, 2008 dismissing claims of copyright infringement against the Board of Regents, the Members, and the University Officials. Attached as Exhibit "A" is a copy of the Eleventh Circuit's decision. 1
