DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO FILE CORRECTED BRIEF
IN OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION IN LIMINE
TO PRECLUDE THE ADMISSION OF RECENTLY CREATED
FAIR USE CHECKLISTS AND MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT
NOW COME the above-named Defendants and file this motion for leave to
file a corrected brief, namely, Defendants’ Corrected Brief in Opposition to
Plaintiffs’ Motion In Limine to Preclude the Admission of Recently Created Fair
Use Checklists (Dkt. 290). The grounds for this motion are as follows.
Defendants timely filed their original brief on May 9, 2011. In reviewing
that brief, a few inaccuracies were identified.
Defendants hereby submit a
corrected brief (attached hereto as Exhibit A) to correct these inaccuracies, which
do not affect the substance of Defendants’ response. A “redline” copy showing
Defendants’ changes is attached hereto as Exhibit B so that the edits may be
readily identified.
Defendants submit that good cause has been shown, and that the corrected
brief is appropriate and warranted under the circumstances.
Respectfully submitted, this 11th day of May, 2011.
