The grounds for this motion are as follows. Defendants timely filed their original brief on May 9, 2011. In reviewing that brief, a few inaccuracies were identified. Defendants hereby submit a corrected brief (attached hereto as Exhibit A) to correct these inaccuracies, which do not affect the substance of Defendants’ response. A “redline” copy showing Defendants’ changes is attached hereto as Exhibit B so that the edits may be readily identified.
