Having considered the parties'
arguments, the Court GRANTS the Motion in part and DENIES the Motion
in part.
Plaintiffs may amended their trial exhibit list to include
the document numbered OUP900003-0UP900005 only, as no party objects
to this amendment.
Plaintiffs may not amend their trial exhibit list
to add any of the other documents Plaintiffs seek to add.
According
to the pretrial order, the exhibit lists "shall not be amended except
by Order of the Court to prevent manifest injustice."
The Court
finds that no such manifest injustice exists.
