PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REPLY
On June 14 – the day before Defendants’ response to Plaintiff’s Post-Trial
Proposed Injunction was due – Defendants promulgated another new copyright
policy and amended fair use checklist. To afford Plaintiffs some opportunity to
respond to this new policy, and Defendants’ related argument that it moots
Plaintiffs’ request for injunctive relief, Plaintiffs respectfully request leave to
submit a short reply. This reply would not be a comprehensive response to
Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Request For Injunctive Relief. Rather, it
simply addresses the new policy and mootness arguments. The reply Plaintiffs
seek leave to file is attached as Exhibit A to this Motion.
