CONSENT MOTION TO JOIN PARTIES
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(c), Plaintiffs respectfully request that Oxford
University Press, LLC (OUP, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company, and
Oxford University Press USA (OUP USA), an unincorporated branch of The
Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Oxford trading as Oxford
University Press (the “University”), be joined as plaintiffs. Oxford University
Press, Inc. (“OUP, Inc.”) was converted into a limited liability company, OUP,
LLC, and OUP USA administers the assets that OUP, Inc. transferred to the
University in March 2012. Plaintiffs’ counsel have conferred with Defendants’
counsel, and Defendants consent to this motion.
