NOTICE OF WITHDRAWING EXHIBITS
Plaintiffs give notice of withdrawing Plaintiffs’ Trial Exhibits 350 and 352,
which were admitted into evidence in open court on May 19, 2011. These exhibits
were moved into evidence in error, have not been provided to the Court, and in any
event are not cited in the parties’ post-trial submissions. Plaintiffs’ counsel have
conferred with Defendants’ counsel regarding this issue, and Defendants’ counsel
have no objection to Plaintiffs withdrawing these exhibits.
