ORDER AND OPINION ALLOWING case TO PROCEED as any other civil action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff the USM 285 form and summons for Defendant Wigington. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to complete said forms and return them within 20 days from the e ntry date of this Order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to submit this action if Plaintiff fails to comply. Upon receipt of forms, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare and mail a service waiver package for each Defendant. If Waiver of Service not returned in 35 days, the Clerk is DIRECTED to prepare a service package for service by the USM. This case SHALL proceed on a 4 month discovery track.
