ORDER denying 2 Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order; granting 12 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss as to Plaintiffs wrongful foreclosure and FDCPA claims and DENIED, without prejudice, as to Plaintiffs fraud claim. Plaintiff may attempt to amend her Complaint within 14 days of the entry of this Order to reassert her fraud claim with the required level of specificity.
