CONSENT ORDER
WHEREAS, on October 24, 2011, the discovery period in this action
ended;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Local Rule 56.1D, Defendants’ motion for
summary judgment is due on November 23, 2011, the day prior to
Thanksgiving;
WHEREAS, because Defendants’ counsel is scheduled to be out of town
on that date through the Thanksgiving holiday, Defendants’ counsel has
requested an extension of seven (7) days until November 30, 2011.
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs’ counsel has no objection to such an extension

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants’ motion for summary
judgment shall be due on November 30, 2011.
SO ORDERED, this 22xxday of November, 2011.
