The Court heard from counsel and granted Motion for Expedited
Consideration of Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court will hold
a hearing June 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., each side will have 1 hour for
argument. Defendant to advise the Court by Thursday next week if they
intend to call any live witnesses. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss will be
filed by Tuesday and the Court will hear argument from counsel after
hearing from counsel on the Preliminary Injunction. If the Court does not
rule from the bench counsel may file supplements to their motions.
