This is a pro se action seeking damages for wrongful foreclosure. It is before

recommending granting the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 2].
The Court
approves and adopts the Report and Recommendation as the judgment of the Court.
The Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 2] is GRANTED.
