OPINION AND ORDER unsealing the 3 Complaint, the 14 Notice of Election to Decline Intervention filed by State of Georgia, ex rel., and this Order. The Relator is required to serve the Complaint. The Relator will serve this Order and the Not ice after the Complaint is Served. All other submissions filed by the State of Georgia in this action will remain under seal, and will not be served on Defendants. All matters filed after the date of this Order will not be filed under seal. The part ies will serve upon the State of Georgia all pleadings and motions filed in this action, including supporting memoranda. The parties will serve upon the State of Georgia a copy of any notices of appeal filed in this action. The Clerk of Court will f orward to the Government a copy of each order entered by the Court in this action. If the Relator or the Defendants propose that this action be dismissed, settled, or otherwise resolved or discontinued, the parties will solicit the written consent of the State of Georgia before the Court is requested to rule on any request to dismiss, settle or otherwise resolve or discontinue this action.
