Describe briefly the nature of this action.
Plaintiff's Statement:
Plaintiff alleges violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47
U.S.C. §227
et seq.
("TCPA"). Upon information and belief, each call made to the
Plaintiff was made using an "automatic telephone dialing system" which has the
capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called. using a random or
sequential number generator; and to dial such numbers
