PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
By and through the Motion of Plaintiff Fastcase, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) and with
the express consent of Defendant Lawriter, LLC d/b/a Casemaker (“Defendant”),
pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6 and 7(b), for good cause shown, Plaintiff is hereby
granted a seven (7) day extension of time to file its reply in support of its Motion
for Summary Judgment in the matter above-captioned. With the July 4th holiday,
the reply is now due July 5th.
