The only remaining claims are that Defendant allegedly failed to provide Plaintiff a reasonable accommodation of her disa bility by reassigning her to one of the three available alternative positions she identified and requested, and that the refusal to grant the reasonable accommodation ultimately resulted in Plaintiff's constructive discharge.
