Therefore, Plaintiffs request to proceed informapauperis is DENIED (doc. no. 2), and this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. Rather than submit objections within the extended time limit, Plaintiff filed a motion for an additional extension, which the Court denied. (Doc. nos. 7, 8.)
