ORDER that, for the reasons set forth in this Order, the Court adopts the Final Plan attached to this Order as Court's Exhbits 1 and 2; that, additionally, the Defendants' 30 Motion for Injunctive Relief is GRANTED, and the qualificati on period for the Augusta-Richmond County Commission and the County Board of Education of Richmond County seats shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on August 6, 2012 and end at 12:00 noon on August 8, 2012; and, that, finally, Plaintiffs are ORDERED to submit a brief concerning the issue of costs and attorney's fees, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988, within 10 days from the date of this Order, and Defendants may respond within 5 days from the date Defendants submit their brief.
