ORDER that, subsequent to the remand of this case by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on December 14, 2015 and briefing by the parties, specifically the Court finds that Plaintiffs were citizens of Georgia and South Carolina, while defendant was a citizen of California, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington, and thus determines that diversity jurisdiction existed when this suit commenced. Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk to return the record, as supplemented, to the Eleventh Circuit for further proceedings and to close this case. Signed by Judge Dudley H. Bowen on 5/12/2016.
