ORDER

After a careful, de novo review of the file, the Court concurs with the Magistrate

Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which objections have been filed (doc. no. 19).
Plaintiff does not offer any new information, evidence, or argument that warrants a deviation
from the Magistrate Judge's recommendation. Accordingly, the Court OVERRULES the

objections, ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as its
opinion, AFFHIMS the Acting Commissioner's final decision, CLOSES this civil action,

'The Court takes judicial notice that on January 20, 2017, Nancy A. Berryhill became the

Acting Commissioner ofthe Social Security Administration. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d),
the Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to substitute Nancy A. Berryhill as Defendant in this
case.

and DBRECTS the Clerk to enter final judgment in favor of the Acting Commissioner.
