Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which no objections have been filed. Accordingly,
the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as its opinion
and GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendant Stacey Williams' Motion to

Dismiss. (Doc. no. 58.) The Court ORDERS Defendant Stacey Williams to file an answer
within fourteen days ofthis Order.
