dismissal.
Upon due consideration, the Court finds dismissal
appropriate
pursuant
41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
to
Federal
Rule
of
Civil
Procedure
The two stipulations (Docs. 29, 30) dismiss all
claims against all Parties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter shall be DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE, Dillon Defendants' motion to dismiss {Doc. 5) is
DENIED AS MOOT, and Dillon Defendants' motion to strike (Doc. 6)
is DENIED AS MOOT.
The Clerk is directed to TERMINATE all other
motions, if any, and CLOSE this case.
Each party shall bear its
own costs and fees except as otherwise agreed.
