IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA BRUNSWICK DIVISION DONALD WILSON, Plaintiff, CIVIL ACTION NO.: CV213-083 V. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Defendant. After an independent review of the record, the Court concurs with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which objections have been filed. In his objections, Plaintiff provides a report showing results of a MRI and a Bureau of Prisons' "lower bunk" housing status profile. Plaintiff fails to show that there was a policy in place at FCI-Jesup regarding lower bunk profiles which mandated compliance. Plaintiff's objections are without merit. The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted as the opinion of the Court. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED, and Plntiffs complaint is DISMISSED.
