ORDER
After an independent and do novo review of the entire record, the undersigned
concurs with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which Plaintiff
filed Objections. Plaintiffs Objections fail to reveal that any of the named Defendants
violated Plaintiffs constitutional rights in such a way that would allow Plaintiff to proceed
in a 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 action against these named individuals. Based on Plaintiffs
allegations, it appears that the Georgia court system is the appropriate forum to
entertain his claims.
