ORDER overruling Plaintiff's objections; denying Plaintiff's 8 motion for injunctive relief; denying Plaintiff's 9 motion for appointment of counsel; adopting the Magistrate Judge's 3 Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court; additionally, denying Plaintiff's 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; dismissing this case without prejudice; closing this civil action; and, noting further that, if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with the claims raised in this lawsuit, he must initiate a new lawsuit, which would require submission of a new complaint.
