ORDER directing the Clerk to terminate Defendants Womble, Jefferson, Price, Bryan, Hobby, Fort, McFee, Ajibade, Troup, and Johnson, because they are not mentioned in Plaintiff's 7 Amended Complaint; denying as moot Plaintiff's 3 Motion to Continue; denying Plaintiff's 4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying as moot Plaintiff's 5 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery; denying Plaintiff's 6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma paupe ris; adopting 8 Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation; and dismissing this action without prejudice, and with the caveat that, if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with the claims raised in this lawsuit, he must initiate a new lawsuit by filing a new complaint.
