Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as its opinion, DIMSISSES Plaintiffs slip-and-fall, deliberate indifference to medical needs, and retaliatory transfer claims, and DISMISSES all Defendants except Defendant Powell from this case.
