ORDER
Before the Court is the parties' Stipulation of Voluntary
Dismissal With Prejudice. (Doc. 42.) The parties have also filed
Stipulation for Compromise Settlement and Release Federal Tort Claims
Act Claims Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 2677 which has been signed by all
parties involved. (Doe. 43.) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 41(a) (1) (A) (ii) , an action may be dismissed pursuant to "ia
stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared."
After review of the record and as requested by the parties, this
action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to
close this ease.
