ORDER granting 13 Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiff's claim pursuant to 42 USC § 1983. As the Court has disposed of all claims over which it had original jurisdiction, the Court declines to exercise jurisdiction over Plaintiff& #039;s remaining state law claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3).
