ORDER
After an independent and de novo review of the entire record, the undersigned concurs
with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, (doc. 4), to which Petitioner Joshua
M. Hadden ("Hadden") failed to file Objections. Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Report
and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as the opinion of the Court.
The Court DENIES Petitioner's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence,
brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. (Doc. 1.) The Court DENIES Hadden a certificate of
appealability and DENIES Hadden leave to proceed informa pauperis on appeal. The Court
DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to enter an appropriate judgment of dismissal and to CLOSE this
case.
