appeared." As requested by the parties, this action is DISMISSED
WITH
PREJUDICE.
Each
party
shall
bear
its
own
costs
and
attorneys' fees. The claims of the putative class members of the
uncertified
class
are
DISMISSED
WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
This
shall remain closed.
