BACKGROUND
This case
arises from
Plaintiff
Katrina
Joyner's
employment
as a care provider with Defendant Lifeshare Management Group, LLC
("Lifeshare").^

While
working
for
Defendant,
Plaintiff was directed to house and provide twenty-four hour care
