Therefore, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between counsel for
the parties, subject to approval ofthe Court,that the following Order shall govern the handling of
photographs, documents, depositions, deposition exhibits, interrogatory responses, admissions,
and any other information produced,given or exchanged by and among the parties and non-parties
to this action(the "Litigation").

party in connection with this Litigation (a "Designating Party") may designate any material or
information as "Confidential" under the terms of this Order if the Designating Party believes in
