ORDER ADOPTING 32 Report and Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge as the opinion of the Court, and Defendant's Objections are OVERRULED. Defendant's 27 , 22 and 20 Motions to Strike, 26 , 24 , and 17 Motions to Amend/Correct , 13 Motion for Default Judgment, 30 Motion for Immediate Consideration are DISMISSED as moot. The Court GRANTS Karen Lawson's and Margaret Cartwright's 12 Motion to Remand, and REMANDS this case to the Lake County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas. Accordingly, the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation is hereby ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court, and Defendant's Objections are OVERRULED. The Court GRANTS Karen Lawson's and Margaret Cartwright's Motion for Remand and REMANDS this case to the Lake County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas.
