The order granting Plaintiffs motion to proceed informa pauperis, dated November 26, 2013, and signed by a United States Magistrate Judge in the Middle District of Georgia, (Doc. 8), is VACATED, and Plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Defendant's unopposed Motion to Dismiss, (Doc. 71), is GRANTED. Plaintiffs Complaint is DISMISSED, without prejudice, based on the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).
