been filed. Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted as
the opinion of the Court.

The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs claims against Defendants in their official capacities.

Plaintiffs claims against Defendants in their individual capacities shall proceed.
