ORDER overruling Plaintiff's 10 Objections; adopting 8 Report and Recommendations. Plaintiffs claims against Governor Nathan Deal and Homer Bryson are dismissed in their entirety. Plaintiffs claims for monetary damages against Defendants in their official capacities, claims for compensatory and punitive damages under Section 1983, and claims for monetary damages under RLUIPA are dismissed.
