Judge asthe opinion of the Court and OVERRULES Plaintiffs Objections.
The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs Complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE and DENIES

Plaintiff leave to proceed informa pauperis on appeal. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk ofCourt
to enter an appropriate Judgment of Dismissal and to CLOSE this case.
