ORDER
After an independent and de novo review ofthe entire record, the undersigned concurs with
the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. Doc. 10. Plaintiff did not file Objections to
the Report and Recommendation. Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Magistrate Judge's
Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs
claims against Defendants Shuemaker, Majette, Johnson, Fales, Law, Winchell, Granch, Martin,
C. Jones, Cooper, Thomas, Riley, Barber, Y. Jones, Bobbitt, and White. Id Plaintiffs deliberate
indifference to a serious medical need claims against Defendants Cheney, Hernandez, Murray, and
Bowen remain pending. Id; Doc. 11.
