Faris recommended that this court withdraw the reference of this adversary proceeding for the purpose of scheduling a jury trial and associated deadlines. Doc. No. 1, Recommendation to District Court to Withdraw Reference in Order to Schedule and Conduct Jury Trial at 2. Judge Faris further recommended that this case remain in the bankruptcy court for all other purposes until sixty days prior to the trial date in order to facilitate a prompt resolution of this matter and permit him to set meaningful deadlines for the completion of all pretrial matters.
