Cox I am not a resident of the District of Hawaii, am not regularly employed in the District of Hawaii, and am not regularly engaged in business, professional or law-related activities in the District of Hawaii, and that: 1. I have been admitted to practice in the following courts on the dates noted: please see attachment 3. I am in good standing and eligible to practice in the following courts (declarant may state “All of the courts identified in paragraph 2"): All of the courts identified in paragraph 2. 4. I (a) am not currently involved in disciplinary proceedings before any state bar, federal bar, or any equivalent; (b) have not in the past 10 years been suspended, disbarred, or otherwise subject to other disciplinary proceeding before any state bar, federal bar, or its equivalent; have not been denied admission pro hac vice by any court or agency in the past 10 years; and (d) have not been the subject of a criminal investigation know to the attorney or a criminal prosecution or conviction in any court in the past ten (10) years. please see attachment Attachment to Declaration of Counsel of Justin B. Regarding (b), in 2010 an individual whose misuse of Social Security benefits I reported to the Social Security Administration filed a complaint against me with the Connecticut bar; that complaint was subsequently dismissed. That is the only disciplinary proceeding to which I have ever been involved, and I have never been suspended, disbarred, or disciplined by any state bar, federal bar, or its equivalent. Regarding (d), in May 2012, I was arrested by the Chilton, County (Alabama) Sheriff’s Office and charged with misdemeanor harassment cursing in the presence of officers of that Sheriffs’ Office when explaining how they were violating an individual’s constitutional rights. That charge was subsequently dismissed. To my knowledge, that is the only criminal investigation or prosecution to which I have been subjected, in any court, in the past ten (10) years, and I have never been convicted of a crime in any court.
