CAMERA REVIEW OF DOE PLAINTIFFS’ AND DOE DECLARANTS’
SIGNED STATEMENTS
Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave for Doe Plaintiffs to
Proceed Under Pseudonym, and for In Camera Review of Doe Plaintiffs’ and Doe
Declarants’ Signed Statements (the “Confidentiality Motion”), the Declaration of
Deirdre Marie-Iha in Support of Plaintiffs’ (1) Motion for Temporary Restraining

Order, and (2) Confidentiality Motion (the “Marie-Iha Declaration”), and the files
and records herein, and good cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
The Confidentiality Motion is GRANTED. John Doe 1 and John Doe 2,
whose declarations appear in the record as Exhibits A-B to the Marie-Iha
Declaration, are permitted to proceed under the foregoing pseudonyms as Plaintiffs
in this action.
The Court also will review in camera Exhibits A-E to the Marie-Iha
Declaration, submitted to the Court in sealed envelopes, and keep them
confidential.
