Order adopts the "FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION TO GRANT PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES" wherein: "( 1) Plaintiff is entitled to reimbursement of administrative expenses in the amount of $47,373.86.
