IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for
Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) (Dkt. 18) is
GRANTED. The above-referenced matter is dismissed without prejudice. Each party shall bear
