Good cause appearing, the Court will g ra n t the stipulation. ORDER I T IS ORDERED: 1. T h e Parties' Stipulation Regarding Pretrial Deadlines and Transport's FRCP 3 0 (B )(6 ) Deposition (Dkt. 59) is GRANTED. The pretrial deadlines are amended a s follows: a. b. c. D e c e m b e r 13,2010: Initial disclosure of experts and expert reports. D e c e m b e r 30, 2010: Disclosure ofrebutial experts and reports, if any. D e c e m b e r 30,2010: Transport shall advise Wells Cargo, in writing, re g a rd in g whether Transport will adopt the report(s) of its expert(s) as the p o s itio n of Transport. e. J a n u a ry 10, 2011: Deadline for the parties to meet and confer regarding th e ir respective draft policy stipulations. f. J a n u a ry 24,2011: Deadline for the parties to produce a joint stipulation re g a rd in g the terms of the insurance policies in effect from 1960 to 1985, a n d the admissibility of supporting documents. g. h. F e b ru a ry 14,2011: Deadline to complete expert discovery. F e b ru a ry 17, 2011: Transport shall advise Wells Cargo, in writing, re g a rd in g whether Transport will adopt the deposition testimony, if any, of its expert(s) as it own. i. F e b ru a ry 18,2011: Deadline for the parties to meet and confer regarding w h e th e r a continued FRCP 30(b)(6) deposition of Transport is necessary. j. F e b ru a ry 23, 2011: Deadline for parties to file simultaneous briefing, if n e c e s sa ry, regarding whether a continued FRCP 30(b)(6) deposition of T ra n s p o rt is necessary. Briefs shall be no longer than ten (10) pages. k. M a rc h 4,2011: Deadline to complete continued Transport FRCP 30(b)(6) OR D E R - 2 deposition, if so ordered by the Court or stipulated by the parties. l.
