IT IS ORDERED that: 1) The Plaintiff's first motion to amend his complaint is granted. 5 Based on a review of the amended complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915A, the court finds the amended complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and is therefore dismissed. 2) The court will allow the Plaintiff one FINAL opportunity to amend his complaint. The Plaintiff must file his second amended com plaint in compliance with this court order on or before August 4, 2015. 3) The clerk of the court is to set an internal merit review deadline on August 22, 2014.
