ORDER and OPINION entered by Chief Judge James E. Shadid on 12/2/2015. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's Motion for leave to conduct jurisdictional discovery 24 is denied at this time. Defendant's Motion to dismiss 7 is granted without prejudice. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint within 14 days (12/16/2015) curing the identified deficiencies if she has a good-faith basis for doing so.
