Kendall:Enter MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, and pursuant to both § 1927 and its inherent power to enter sanctions, the Court denies the Mayer Browns motion for sanctions as to Grochocinski, and grants in part Mayer Browns motion as to Joyce. By July 8, 2011, Mayer Brown must file its fee petition detailing: (1) one-half the attorneys fees and costs it incurred in preparing for and taking Grochocinskis deposition; (2) one-half of the Grochocinski deposition costs; and (3) one-half the attorneys fees and costs it incurred to bring the sanctions motion.
