MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD Aaron Van Oort, of Faegre & Benson, LLP, hereby moves to withdraw his appearance as one of the counsel of record for defendant, Google Inc., pursuant to Local Rule 83.17. In support of this motion, Mr. Van Oort states as follows: 1. On September 25, 2007, Aaron Van Oort of the law firm of Faegre & Benson,

LLP, filed his appearance on behalf of Google Inc. This Court previously granted leave for Michael Page, Ragesh Tangri and Joseph Gratz, currently of the law firm Durie, Tangri, Lemley, Roberts & Kent, LLP, to appear Pro Hac Vice on behalf of Google Inc. Attorneys Joseph Duffy, Jonathan Cyrluk, Mariah Moran and Henry Baskerville of Stetler & Duffy, Ltd. have each filed their appearances in this case to serve as local counsel on behalf of Google Inc. 2. Google Inc. has no objection to Mr. Van Oort's request to withdraw and will
