JUDGMENT ORDER IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF JAMES SEDRICK AND AGAINST DEFENDANTS ALL-PRO LOGISTICS AND RONALD L. LEEK Having entered Judgment on the issue of liability against Defendants All Pro Logistics, LLC and Ronald L. Leek on June 8, 2009 and against those same Defendants on the issue of Damages on September 20, 2009, and the parties having reached a stipulation on the amount of back wage damages, liquidated damages, attorney's fees and costs, judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff James Sedrick and against Defendants All Pro Logistics, LLC and Ronald L. Leek as follows: $36,412.00 as and for back overtime wages, $29,925.00 as and for liquidated damages, $37,512.00 as and for attorney's fees and $968.00 as and for costs for a total judgment amount of $104,817.00.
