it may be heard, Bank of America, N.A., as successor to Merrill Lynch Commercial Finance Corp.,
by and through its undersigned attorneys, shall appear before the Honorable Judge Ronald A.
Guzman or any judge sitting in his stead in Courtroom 1801 of the U.S. District Court of the
Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, 219 South Dearborn St., Chicago, Illinois, and
present its Petition to Revive Judgment (the “Petition”). The Petition seeks new or additional relief
of the revival of the judgment against the above-captioned Defendants. Such additional relief of
a revived judgment may be granted unless the Defendants answer or otherwise appear within 30
days after service.
